Check spam/junk and Gmail’s Promotions tab. You can also re‑download from your account. If you still can’t find it, contact us at contact@vvdocking.com with your order number.
Downloads are unlimited. Links remain valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

ProRes 4444 (alpha) works with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

Refunds
Digital items are non‑refundable. For faulty deliveries (e.g., corrupted/missing files), we will replace or re‑deliver promptly.
